Refund Policy
Zoom to Fill PRO is refundable for 30 days after your first charge, on every plan. This page explains what that covers and how to ask for it.

On this page
30 days from your first charge, on all three plans. You can request one from Paddle, who process our payments, at paddle.net, or write to us at pro@zoomtofill.com.
What is covered
You can request a full refund within 30 days of your first charge. That means:
- on the monthly plan, the first charge after the trial ends,
- on the annual plan, the first charge after the trial ends,
- on the lifetime plan, the one-time purchase itself.
Renewals are not automatically covered by this window: by the time a plan renews, you have had a full period to decide whether it is worth keeping. Cancelling is always available and takes effect at the end of what you paid for. If a renewal caught you by surprise, write to us anyway and we will look at it case by case; and nothing here reduces the rights described under your statutory rights.
The free extension is free. Nothing in this policy applies to it, and nothing you do here takes it away.
How to request one
There are two routes.
- Through Paddle. Go to paddle.net and ask their Order Support team for a refund.
- Through us. Email pro@zoomtofill.com from the address you bought with, and we will process it from our side. Use this one if you want to tell us what went wrong.
You do not need to justify the request. We may ask what did not work, because that is how the product improves, but an answer is never a condition of the refund.
What happens after
- The money returns to the payment method you used. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank.
- PRO access ends when the refund is processed. The extension keeps working on the free tier, and your settings stay on your device.
- A recurring plan is cancelled at the same time, so the refund is not followed by another charge.
- You can buy PRO again later. A past refund does not block a new purchase.
The free trial
The monthly and annual plans start with a 7-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you are never charged, so there is nothing to refund. The 30-day window starts at the first real charge, when the trial ends.
The lifetime plan cannot carry a trial: it is a single payment rather than a billing cycle. The refund window is what takes the trial's place there.
Changing plans
Moving to a more expensive plan happens immediately, and the unused part of what you already paid is credited against the new price. Moving to a cheaper plan takes effect when the period you already paid for runs out, and does not return money. Neither of those is a refund, and neither extends or restarts the 30-day window on your first charge.
Repeated requests
This policy is written for people deciding whether the product is worth it, and it is deliberately generous about that. It is not a way to use PRO indefinitely without paying for it. We may decline a refund, or decline to sell to you again, where the pattern of purchases and refunds makes it clear that is what is happening. In practice this affects almost nobody, and we will say so plainly if it affects you.
Your statutory rights
Consumer law in your country may give you cancellation or withdrawal rights of its own: fourteen days in the EU, the EEA, Switzerland and the UK, and shorter periods in several other countries. Our 30-day window is longer than those statutory periods. Nothing here removes a right the law gives you.
One detail of the EU and UK rules, stated so it does not surprise you: for digital content, the 14-day withdrawal right can lapse when you agree to immediate delivery at checkout. Our 30-day window applies regardless of that waiver, so in practice you keep a longer route, not a shorter one.
Who processes the payment
Checkout, invoicing, tax and refunds are handled by Paddle as merchant of record. They are the seller on the transaction, which is why the charge on your statement reads as Paddle rather than Zoom to Fill. Their own buyer terms and refund policy apply alongside this one to the transaction itself.
