What's new on version 2.0?

☑️ Player buttons

Zoom to Fill now supports player button insertion on the following platforms

☑️ Manual zoom adjustment

You can now also manually adjust the zoom by scrolling on the button besides just clicking.

Click to zoom or Scroll on the button to manually adjust

To use it, you have to place your cursor on the button and then use the
scroll of your mouse to manually adjust (trackpad gestures also work),
you can also use the new popup controls or scroll on the scale number to achieve the same functionality.

☑️ New Popup addition

The extension now has incorporated a popup with tons of functionality that I will disclose over the page.

The main popup page shows clear information about your monitor and video that you are watching.
Comes with simple controls to manually adjust your desired scale, and lower buttons let you choose a predefined aspect ratio scale. Selecting the aspect ratio button again resets the scale to the original size of the video.

Remeber to pin the popup button to your toolbar!

☑️ Persistent mode

You can now enable persistent mode on settings, this means that your selected scale level will persist through the tab session.
For example, you are watching a series with the zoom activated, when you get to watch another episode your zoom will persist.

☑️ Keyboard shortcuts

Shortcuts to your preferred actions were added!

You can now configure your personalized keyboard shortcuts on:

Popup settings (for single key activation)

Keyboard shortcuts of Extensions panel (for multiple key combos. Can be accesed from popup)

☑️ Support for more screen resolutions

The zoom algorithm has been reworked.
Doesn't matter the screen resolution or aspect ratio you have, the aspect ratio you choose to a video will be applied now correctly regarthless the aspect ratio of your monitor. This is specially good for those with unconventional screens with aspect ratio like 3:2, 32:9, and so on.

☑️ Player button default ratio selection

You can also select which is the predefined aspect ratio you
prefer to apply when clicking on the player extension button.

If you select the Off option, this will disable the button entire for
all websites while mantaining zoom functionality on the popup and keyboard shortcuts of course.
